The Summer Slim & Sculpt Challenge is a full-body, high-intensity program, led by Rachel and Miranda five days a week!
In every workout session, you will do 15-21 minute workouts, specifically programmed for women who want dramatic results.

Each high-intensity exercise is created to burn calories and fat, build sexy lean muscle, and sculpt the summer body of your dreams.
During every workout, modification movements will be demonstrated so you can follow the workout that is appropriate for your current fitness level!
